Room Hire

Our playgroup facilities can be hired out to members and non-members in the weekend. It is a popular place for children's birthday parties, antenatal group catch ups and other child friendly events. Check out photos of our facilities here.

Hirer Information

Hire Times

There are 2 x timeslots available each day for weekend bookings:

Morning: 8.30am - 12.30pm
Afternoon: 1.00pm - 5.00pm

Hire Prices

$50 for members and $75 for non-members paid online upon booking.

Kitchen

Our kitchen comes equipped with the following:

  • Oven

  • Microwave

  • Dishwasher

  • Hot water zip

  • Coffee plungers

  • Water jugs

  • Mugs, cups and glasses

  • Serving plates and bowls

  • Limited cutlery

 

​You will need to supply your own food including tea, coffee and milk. We suggest you bring your own paper plates and cups as crockery and utensils are limited.​

Decorations

You are welcome to bring your own decorations. However, please only use the hooks provided - there are lots placed around the facility. Do NOT use pins, Blutack or tape on the walls. Please remember to allow time for set up within your booked timeslot only.

Seating & Tables

We have 20 x low chairs for children, 8 x white plastic chairs for adults and 2 x couches. There are 3 x rectangle tables with adjustable heights, 1 x set height rectangle table, 1 x flower shaped table and a fixed outdoor picnic table.

Maximum Numbers

The maximum capacity for attendees is 50 individuals at any given time, which includes caregivers. The maximum number of children (including babies) is 25 children.

Cancellations

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. The following cancellation charges apply if a booking is cancelled:

  • ≤ 7 days before booking date = No refund

  • 8 - 14 days before booking date = 50% refund

  • > 14 days before booking = Total cost paid refund minus $10 cancellation fee.
